		<description><![CDATA[The new Pick N&#8217; Save on Milwaukee Avenue is set to Open on June 23. I am very pleased with the building&#8217;s design and I am hopeful that the store&#8217;s opening will kick off some more retail development in this corridor. Watch out for the new stop lights!
